Current state of affairs

I've had one of those days today - dizziness has been lurking in the background almost since the moment I woke.

I've managed to take the kids to the cinema and go shopping when all I really wanted to do was gouge my ear out with a spoon.

I've had a lot of days like this recently and I'm putting it down to all the junk food I've been eating over the festive period. However, I've come to think of Meniere's as a multi-faceted malaise - I don't think just one thing can solve all problems. What's more, it seems that what works for one person may not work for another.

With this in mind I've decided to make an effort to eat a bit more healthily, cut down on my wheat and dairy intake. I'm convinced there is some allergy at play here. I'm also about three stone overweight and very unfit, so a bit of gentle exercise won't go astray.

Just at this moment I've really had enough of my head swimming every time I turn it and anything I can do to improve matters seems the only sensible course of action.
